As the Friends & Family Preview comes to a close on August 15th, we want to inform our valued participants in Ireland, Colombia, New Zealand, Sweden, Israel, Chile, Hungary, and South Africa that no new registrations will be accepted. Additionally, existing members will no longer be able to add new members to their plans after July 17th.
## INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF THE PREVIEW
Initially announced in August 2022, the Friends & Family Preview was introduced with the aim of gathering invaluable insights on how to shape new Game Pass offerings. This phase of testing allowed us to better understand the preferences and playing habits of our devoted users. With this knowledge, we hope to develop an exciting offer that can be enjoyed by players worldwide in the future.
