YOUTUBE SHORTS INTRODUCES NEW FEATURES
YouTube recently announced a set of new features for YouTube Shorts, including a text-to-speech video narration option that allows users to add an artificial voiceover. This feature is similar to the robotic voices often heard on TikTok videos promoting various content.
ADDING VOICEOVERS ON YOUTUBE SHORTS
The process of adding voiceovers on YouTube Shorts is similar to TikTok. Users can create text and then tap on the "add voice" icon located in the upper-left corner of the screen to choose the desired voice. Currently, YouTube offers four voice options, while TikTok has a wider selection.
NEW CAPTION TOOL ON YOUTUBE SHORTS
YouTube has also introduced auto-generated captions that can be added to videos without the need to switch to another app like CapCut. Similar to the manual text overlay feature on YouTube Shorts, users can customize the captions’ style using various fonts and colors.
EXCITING MINECRAFT EFFECTS ON YOUTUBE
In addition to the new features, YouTube has incorporated new Minecraft effects, including a green screen game-themed background and a minigame called Minecraft Rush.
