TikTok ajoute une étiquette “générée par IA” aux contenus tiers marqués par un filigrane

## TIKTOK INTRODUCES AI-GENERATED CONTENT TAGS

TikTok has recently implemented a new feature where it automatically adds an “AI-generated” tag to content created using its AI tools. This tag will now also be applied to content made on other platforms. When images or videos with metadata tags indicating AI-generated content are uploaded to TikTok, the platform will detect them and label them accordingly. TikTok claims to be the first social media platform to support the new Content Credentials.

## PARTNERSHIP WITH ADOBE AND CONTENT AUTHENTICITY INITIATIVE

In collaboration with Adobe, TikTok has integrated the Adobe-developed tagging system into its platform. This system, present in tools like Photoshop and Firefly, helps identify AI-generated content and provides transparency to users. TikTok has also joined Adobe’s Content Authenticity Initiative (CAI) and the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) as part of its efforts to ensure content authenticity.

## IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTENT CREDENTIALS ON TIKTOK

TikTok has announced a “multi-phase implementation” of Content Credentials on its platform. In the first phase, the platform will automatically label AI-generated uploads that already have Content Credentials. The next phase will involve adding tags to content created using TikTok’s AI effects, which will remain attached even if the content is shared or downloaded for use on other platforms.
